It's designed to help people get fit or maintain an active lifestyle no matter their age and fitness, as well as support people getting back into soccer if they have given it up due to injury. Adults who play have seen many benefits, including lower heart rate and blood pressure, less fat, more muscle, and better mobility. Come and play in Standish at Standish Memorial Park on Thursday evening from 5:15-6:15PM.
