Start the Fall off right...We are excited that Maureen Green will be returning to offer a new 5-week session of Zumba Gold in the evening this Fall for Standish Parks and Recreation on Monday nights 5:30pm-6:30pm starting 9/8/25!

Join us in the Sebago Lake Room at Standish Town Hall for this easy-to-follow Zumba class focused on balance, range of motion and coordination while dancing basic rhythms such as salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia.
Come join this modified dance fitness that releases endorphins and leaves you feeling empowered and strong! There is no dance background required.

Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Register for the 5-week session or drop in class
***Minimum of 8 to run the class
Cost: $35.00 for 5-week session; $8.00 drop in class

Location: Sebago Lake Room ~ Standish Town Hall
Please park in the upper- level parking lot
