We are excited that Maureen Green will be bringing Zumba Gold to Standish Parks and Recreation!
Join us for this easy-to-follow Zumba class focused on balance, range of motion and coordination while dancing basic rhythms such as salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia.
Come join this modified dance fitness that releases endorphins and leaves you feeling empowered and strong! There is no dance background required.

Wednesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm
Register for the 6 week session or drop in class
***Minimum of 10 to run the class
Cost: $40.00 for 6 week session; $8.00 drop in class

Location: Sebago Lake Room ~ Standish Town Hall
Please park in the upper- level parking lot
