Join Gail at Standish Memorial Park on Mondays at 11:00am to learn more about Nordic Walking. No experience necessary!Nordic Walking offers a blend of cardiovascular exercise and muscle strengthening - and can help improve posture and balance.Bring your own poles, or borrow ours. Lace up your sneakers or walking shoes, bring a water bottle, sun protection, and a smile! This program is designed to accommodate a variety of fitness levels, with the option to utilize chairs placed approximately every 200 feet along the walking route .This program is FREE to anyone who wants to join, but please register to stay updated on any schedule changes - and come join the fun!
