12:30 PM - 5:30 PM	Early Release Adventures - Urban Air  Join us for these fun & exciting trips for the MSAD 6 early dismissal days from school! We will be venturing to all sorts of exciting destinations to explore and have fun!! Grades: K- 5 Time: 12:30 - 5:30 pmCost: $35.00/Participant Locations: March 5th - Spare TimeMarch 19th - Pineland Farms: Maine Maple TourApril 2nd - Urban AirMay 7th - Baby Animal Days at Pumpkin Valley FarmMay 21st - Mini Golf & Ice CreamProgram Details:  Students participating in the Early Release Adventures will be picked up and transported via Standish Parks & Recreation bus after school from Edna Libby, Steep Falls & GEJ by a Standish Parks & Recreation staff member. A snack and drink will be provided to each student during early release adventures.  You may send money for your child for our adventures if you would like, but please be aware that Standish Parks & Recreation will not be responsible for lost money or extra items (toys, phones, etc.) brought on early release trips.  Parent Pick Up: All students will need to be picked up at GEJ school no later then 5:30 pm.  Late fees will be one dollar a minute starting after 5:30 pm. Due to the need of securing staff and making reservations registration deadline will be 12:00 pm the day before the early release adventure.  *Please be aware that trips are subject to change based on weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Jack School.Before Care will not be held on any unscheduled late arrival days (such as those due to weather).Children attending Steep Falls Schools will be transported from Edna or G.E. Jack and will arrive at their schools by 8:50 a.m.After Care: Monday - Friday 2:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., excluding all school vacations, holidays, in-service days or school closure days (weather cancellation, etc) at G.E. Jack School.  Children attending Edna Libby and Steep Falls Schools will be transported to the After School Program at the end of the school day. *Please note the Bonny Eagle MSAD6 Transportation Policy at www.bonnyeagle.orgEarly Release Days: Are a separate registration for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Pricing & options to be determined.Vaccination Record Requirement:Every child attending the program must have an up to date vaccination record on file with the Department. Please upload a copy to your account, or  send your children vaccine record by fax to 207 642 5181 or email to nbillingslea@standish.org Fees and Payment Information:Automatic monthly payments will be set up when registering. The fee charged each month is the total cost of the program for the year, divided into 10 monthly installments. Your credit/debit card will be charged on the first of each month automatically. You will need to notify the Parks & Recreation Department  if the payment information needs to be updated should your card expire or needs to be changed for any reason.  Declined payments must be corrected as soon as notification is sent. Failure to make payments on past due balances could result in suspension from the program. Cancellation/Refund Policy:Written notice is required two weeks prior to the desired withdrawal date. A refund will be issued at a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the program, beginning on the first day of the next monthly billing cycle. Any days remaining in the month of withdrawal will not be refunded. The parks and recreation department recognizes there can be extenuating circumstances and it retains the right to handle refunds on a case-by-case basis as necessary.No School Day Policy:The Before Care and After Care programs follow the MSAD 6 schedule.When school is canceled by MSAD #6: No Before Care or After CareWhen school closes early (other than planned early release days) by MSAD #6: No After CareWhen there is a delayed start due to weather: No Before CareWhen there is school vacation, or a teacher in-service day there is no Before Care or After Care.Please download the Before/After School Program Parent Handbook below for specific program information.
