Green Ladle Culinary Arts Lunch February 2027
Join us for lunch at The Green Ladle student-run restaurant that is part of the Culinary Arts Program at Lewiston Regional Technical Center. We will enjoy one of their February culinary masterpieces of 2027...Menu will be updated on this site closer to 2027 (menu subject to change), that will offer appetizers, entrees and desserts. This is a hands-on school combining academics with real-world experience where students learn the skill of fine cooking, planning the menu, cost and implementation.
Cost: $37.00 Includes transportation to Lewiston, lunch with tip and staffing. This is a contractual program, so no refunds unless a replacement can be found.
We will meet at Standish Town Hall and leave promptly at 10:00am and return at approximately 1:30pm. Please park in the upper-level parking lot at Standish Town Hall.
