I was a multi-sport athlete through grade school but have always had a passion for beach volleyball. I never had the chance to play or compete in Maine as there were little to no opportunities. After heading to South Carolina for college, I quickly was able to surround myself with others who were interested in the sport. Collectively we joined the club beach volleyball team which became a great community. It has brought so much joy into my life and those around me by improving, competing, and meeting new people. I earned my role as practice coordinator and I currently play at the highest level in tournaments. I am excited to bring what I’ve learned and my enthusiasm for the sport back to my hometown.
