Join us for a morning matinee at The Public Theatre in Lewiston where we will enjoy the performance of Still...
"Lost love is rekindled in this funny, heartbreaking, sexy, smart and timely story, when a couple who broke up in their 30s find themselves getting a second chance at love in their 60s. But is rekindled love enough to overcome the differences that once set them on separate paths? Second chances are given and secrets exposed."
Playwright Lia Romeo was married to someone she loved but disagreed with on some important issues and found herself wondering “what do you do when you love someone, but hate some of the things they believe?” Although she wrote Still to figure it out, she admits, “I didn’t figure it out—but I did realize it’s a question that resonates with a lot of people." They suggest we will be talking about this play all the way home!

Following the play, we will satisfy our palates at Davinci's Eatery on our way back to Standish, where they offer many entrées under $25.00.
Cost: $35.00 Includes theatre ticket and transportation. (Cost of lunch on your own) This is a contractual program, so no refunds unless a replacement can be found.
We will meet at Standish Town Hall and leave promptly at 8:15am for our 9:30am show and return at approximately 2:30pm.
