This year instead of Gardens Aglow in Boothbay, we will take an adventure to Sandy Hill Farm in Eliot. Please join us for a journey to their light show.
Winter Wonders 2025-26 is a World-Class Light Show Experience located in Eliot, Maine! With over 2.5 Million Lights, their engaging, creative, and unique 14-acre light display is the Largest and Most Immersive Walk-Through Light Show display in New England. If you love holiday lights or just an enlightening walk in the woods during the late fall and winter, make sure you don’t miss this experience!
They have re-wrapped many of the Tall Trees with new color schemes and patterns. In addition, they have added a Giant Winter Wizard to watch over the forest.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season to relax and get into the Holiday Spirit. Most of the trail is on gentle, rolling terrain with a few moderate elevation changes. It will take about an hour to see everything going around at your own pace. Note: Trails are all compacted gravel so wheelchairs and/or strollers with All-Terrain wheels will be able to navigate the paths. Wheelchairs, Wagons, or Strollers with Small and/or Narrow Wheels are Not Recommended!
We will stop for an early dinner on the way at Fogarty's (cost on your own)
Cost $30.00: includes transportation to Eliot and light show ticket (cost of dinner on your own)
We will meet at Standish Town Hall and leave promptly at 1:45pm and will return at approximately 8:30pm.
