Back by popular demand...Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at WMTW -TV Channel 8? They keep us informed with the latest Portland News and weather on tv, but wouldn't it be fun to see the studio and control room? Join us on an adventure to get a private tour to catch a glimpse of the news set and equipment...see what goes into putting together their newscast. We will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and the chance to meet those who make the news happen. The best part about this tour is we will be able to watch LIVE the featured pet of the week! Maine's Total Coverage features an adoptable pet from the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland and highlights a different animal in need of a home each week...and we get to be a part of that!

Following the tour, we will enjoy lunch at Olive Garden (Cost of lunch is on your own and average meal price is $15.00-$25.00)

Cost: $10.00 includes transportation

We will meet at Standish Town Hall leaving promptly at 10:30am and returning at approximately 3:00pm. Please park in the upper-level parking lot.
