This is an educational class. You don't need to roll around on the ground. All abilities welcome. 

Our mission is simple:
To remind every woman that SHE IS THE ASSET in every area of her life.
To prove that, we show women how they can become difficult for predators to prey on, by teaching them to become hard targets!
