Let's take a scenic road trip to Boothbay to visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens for a self-guided tour. We will enjoy beautiful early summer gardens, giant trolls and miles of trails at New England's largest botanical garden located on the coast of Maine. The Gardens that have been named one of Maine's top attractions comprise 300 acres of cultivated and natural gardens. July offers a variety of flowers in bloom to include, but not limited to hydrangeas, cone flowers and daylilies, all known for their vibrant colors! Also, hidden throughout the wooded areas, Danish artist Thomas Dambo’s magical, mysterious, and mammoth recycled-wood troll sculptures wait to be discovered. Let's see how long it takes us to find all of them!

This is an outside walking event, so please wear comfortable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
After visiting the gardens, we'll enjoy lunch at the Taste of Maine (cost of lunch on your own)
Cost: $37.00 includes transportation and ticket to the Gardens (cost of lunch on your own). This is a contractual program, so no refunds unless a replacement can be found.
We will leave Standish Town Hall promptly at 8:30am and will return at approximately 4:30pm. Please park in the upper-level parking lot.
