Improve your skills with a variety of drills focusing on: stick work, offensive/defensive training, and game knowledge.

Two sessions Two hour sessions

$49 each or $89 for both
9-11am
Grades K-6th

COACHED BY: Former USM Captain Mary Keef, and former UMF player Ariana.

All players must bring: a mouth guard, shin guards, sneakers and water bottle. Limited sticks are available to borrow during sessions.
