Join us on a bus ride for water aerobics at the John P. Davan Indoor Pool at the Westbrook Community Center led by Loreen Kowalsky on Thursdays 2:10pm - 2:55 pm...no experience necessary. In fact, you do NOT even have to know how to swim!
Did you know there are many benefits to water aerobics? It is a low impact exercise that offers a whole body workout and it engages nearly all of your joints and muscles.

Transportation will be provided to and from the pool by Standish Parks and Recreation.

Minimum of 10 to run the program... no class 5/8/25

Cost: 45.00 includes transportation and 4 week water aerobics instruction
What to bring: bathing suit, towel and water shoes or Teva type sandals.

We will meet at Standish Town Hall and leave promptly at 1:30pm to give time to get ready at the pool and returning at approximately 3:45pm.

Please park in the upper-level parking lot at Standish Town Hall
