Join us on a bus ride for water aerobics at the John P. Davan Indoor Pool at the Westbrook Community Center led by Loreen Kowalsky on Thursdays 2:10pm - 2:55 pm...no experience necessary. In fact, you do NOT even have to know how to swim!
Did you know there are many benefits to water aerobics? It is a low impact exercise that offers a whole body workout and it engages nearly all of your joints and muscles.

The first 6 week session will run 1/9/25-2/13/25 and transportation will be provided to and from the pool by Standish Parks and Recreation.

Minimum of 10 to run the program

Cost: $70.00 includes transportation and 6 week water aerobics instruction
What to bring: bathing suit, towel and flip flops

We will meet at Standish Town Hall and leave promptly at 1:15pm to give time to get ready at the pool and returning at approximately 3:45pm.

Please park in the upper-level parking lot at Standish Town Hall
