Description: This beginner yoga class is open to anyone excited to try something new or getting back into old habits! We will explore all types of poses, anything from simple stretches to challenging balances. There will be modifications to all poses so there is something for everyone. This is a vinyasa style class which means we will work on flowing through poses while connecting to our breath. All you need to bring are comfy clothes, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and an open mind!
