TIME: 4:45pm-5:45pm

COACHED BY: USM Captain Mary Keef, and former UMF player Ariana St. Clair.
Improve your skills with a variety of drills focusing on: stick work, offensive/defensive training, and game knowledge.
All players must bring: a mouth guard, shin guards, sock to cover stick (to protect indoor gym floor), sneakers & a water bottle. *A limited number of youth sticks are available to borrow during sessions
