Join us for a visit to the Green Ladle restaurant, part of the Lewiston Regional Technical Center. The Green Ladle offers a well-rounded culinary education to juniors and seniors from partnering area high schools. Students in the program handle all aspects of the operation.
The buffet luncheon offers appetizers, main course and desserts, all prepared by students of the Lewiston Regional Technical Center Culinary Arts Program.
