Join Gail in the the Sebago Lake room for some watercolor play.
Bring you own watercolor paints and brushes - or a Beginner Watercolor set and brushes can be purchased from us for $15.

This is a very introductory class intended to be relaxing, fun, with an emphasis on play. It is not a "masters class" but  a time to practice brush control and become familiar with watercolor paint, build skills - and confidence.

Gail’s approach toward watercolor is aligned with a wabi-sabi approach to art – to embrace imperfection and recognize that, yes, in fact, there is such a thing as a happy accident!
It is a forgiving approach that fosters an experimental spirit, encouraging you to explore the abstract nature of color, shape, and texture - and most importantly - to have fun!

Each week we will work on building our skills and make at least one 5x7 notecard from our watercolor play.
