Join Gail in the Sebago Lake room and learn how to prepare delicious, healthy meals and yummy desserts cooked in the microwave with a mug! 
These individual portion meals are budget friendly, a perfect solution for solo dining, and easy options for busy people. 
Each participant will enjoy the lunch and dessert that we will prepare in class and go home with the recipes used to create the meal. 
What you need to bring:
• Bring a 12 to 20 ounce microwave-safe mug OR a 2 cup glass (pyrex )measuring cup
• Bring your own beverage if you want something other than water to drink
• Bring your appetite!

                	A hearty, healthy  Mexican dish with Eggs, cheese, and vegetables. Make it as mild or spicy as you like it.
There will also be salad, and Chocolate mug cake
